Shipping is free. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Ordering for a birthday or Christmas? Allow up to four weeks.

It fastens around the knee and runs on a rechargeable battery, so there are no wires to deal with. The user manual in the box explains the settings.

You have 14 days from the day it arrives to ask for a return. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Message us and we'll sort it. No wince-worthy questions.

Follow the user manual in the box for how long to use it and how to look after it. With any implant (pacemaker etc.), a medical condition, or reduced sensitivity to heat, check with the GP first. Avelo is comfort, not medicine.
